eRepair is a business-to-business (B2B) interactive web application by LPUSA, LLC, a Wheels-branded company. It allows Preferred Vendors to submit repair authorization requests and invoices electronically.

If you are not a member of the vendor network and would like to apply, please fill out this enrollment form.

As part of the Wheels/LPUSA/Donlen merger, you may encounter challenges identifying vehicles under the correct account in eRepair. To help, effective 04/21/2024, all legacy Wheels and LPUSA VINs should be submitted through eRepair for a 12-digit alphanumeric PO.
* If you have a 7-digit legacy Wheels PO, please process it through the normal channels as you did prior. These should not be submitted through eRepair as it will cause duplicate billings and payments.
* If you have Donlen PO, please process it though the normal channels as you did prior.
